LUCENA CITY — A magnitude 3 earthquake was recorded at 7:10 a.m. on Monday some 24 kilometers northwest of Calatagan, Batangas.
The 89-kilometer deep earthquake was of tectonic origin, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said in a bulletin.
